1 All ticket sales are FINAL. No refunds, returns or exchanges.
2 All events are “rain or shine” events – no refunds, returns or exchanges for inclement weather.
3 Ticket orders cannot be modified or canceled after being placed.
4 If a show is POSTPONED for any reason, all tickets will be honored for the new date. Refunds may be offered within 30 days
of the postponement notice. Every effort will be made to contact ticket holders via their email on file. The Newton Theatre
will not be responsible for missing or incorrect contact info, and encourages patrons to visit our website for up to date
announcements. Absolutely no refunds will be offered beyond 30 days.
5 If a show is CANCELLED full refunds will be issued.
6 Everyone regardless of age must have a ticket.
7 All Tickets are subject to a $5 Service Fee
8 Please note that many of our events are not appropriate for young children. We do not recommend that anyone under the
age of 12 attend performances, unless that performance is specifically geared toward that age range. Please respect the
experience of the people sitting around you if you plan to bring a young child. The Box Office can help to determine if a
performance is appropriate for your child.
9 Newton Theatre GIFT CERTIFICATES are valid only for shows presented by The Newton Theatre.
Third Party Ticket Purchase Policy
1 We cannot be responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties.
2 Your tickets cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
3 We cannot guarantee that your tickets are valid and cannot guarantee admittance.
4 You will always pay more than face value.
5 We cannot contact you with information regarding time changes, show cancellations, road closures or other information.
6 We reserve the right to revoke tickets sold to a broker or unauthorized third party. If you are holding a revoked ticket, you will
not be admitted and will not receive a refund.
